Whether it be for a special event, a fitness goal or recovering from an injury, we can tailor our personal training services to suit your needs.
An initial consultation will take place before any exercise is prescribed. This helps our trainers to determaine your needs and wants and to set realistic goals for you to work towards. We will take your blood pressure and resting heart rate, as well as your current measurements and weight.
The consultation will also give you the chance to disclose any injuires or aches and pains that need to be taken into consideration and ask us any questions you might have.
Using the information you provide us, we can take a look at your current eating habit and suggest nutrition advice that will assit in weight loss and health and help to improve your overall eating habits.
To make the sessions fun, varied and effective, we will integrate the use of Pilates, kettle bells, boxing fitness and other equipment.
As well as being taken through an exercise session, we can design a programme for you to complete either at the gym or at home to maximise your results.
Not up for one to one?
Not a problem! We also offer sessions for two people, so you can exercise with a friend, or we offer a 6 week personalised programme for you to complete in your own time.
